I loved the hotel both as Crown Plaza and now as well. I’ll definitely come back again.

a great week end spent well

The hotel staff are so extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 1pm. The staff at this property are all great.They all go above and beyond to make my week end stay comfortable.. They even upgrade our room for free, and invited us to dinner for free. The hotel is very perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Eilat.

Exceptional

The staff was very accomodating and extremely helpful. Especialy Kiril from the reception, who was so helpful in any and every way from start to finish. Any request we had was responded to in a very proffesional manner within minutes. The hotel staff makes rounds at night to change towels and offer water and ask if you have anything you need. We willl definitely come back.

great trip. manager and reception staff excellent. even got complimentary meal !

great room with plenty of space and clean. lovely balcony with view of lagoon great breakfast and Friday night dinner. reception staff friendly and helpful. realy good massage at the spa.

cleaner didnt wash cups in room. noisy lobby at weekend. pool too cold for swimming.

Worth it and we would definitely return. Relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!!!

The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The service was personal. For my husbands bithday, which we did not even tell them about- the hotel suprised us with a delicious cake and a nice bottle of wine! ! The staff paid special attention to.our soldier sons and made them feel very welcome and even offered to do their laundry. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The view was very nice. We would come back again!

The play rooms with the games was very run down and the machine took our coins but did not work. :( If the pool had been heated the entire stay would have been perfect. The food was the only thing I felt could have been better. After being in other 4 star hotel that same week, we were able to compare the foods. We felt that the VERT had the least variety and was much more simple than the others. The coffee was great! The sauna and gym should have been part of the hotel amenities and not have a an entrance fee.

Exceeded my expectation!! Nora and the staff at the spa were awesome!!

Pool was clean and they had separate pool for children and a lifeguard. Nice bar and a restaurant to order food poolside !

The water was freezing but besides that I enjoyed it.

The property is nice and comfortable, renovated, we had a high floor with the sea view, we had parking, the pool was nice.

The renovation is partially. Some parts like the bathroom is still old

A very good hotel to stay at

The hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The room was large & clean. The breakfast was diverse, and the food itself was delicious and of high quality. The hotel is located right on the inside rim of the lagoon, so it's a brisk 10 minute walk to the seafront, or a 15-minute leisurely walk.

Excellent stay, very kind personnel, we will come back

The location is great (near the Marina), 5mns walk to the sea, 5 mins walk to Ice Mall. The hotel is bright and with a nice deco, breakfast is excellent and very fresh. We got a free upgrade for a room with a balcony and marina view which was very nice. Thank you!

Overall, enjoyable and we would definitely return again.

The food was amazing and most of the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. Pool was a great experience, clean and enjoyable for both adults and children.

Room was cramped and lack of facilities for a family of 4. Additionally 2 members of staff were rude and disrespectful in their interactions.

We enjoyed our vacation at the Vert Hotel - excellent value

Excellent breakfast and nice pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful (and added on to our experience even beyond what we paid for). Our room was serviced at least twice a day.

1. Loud music from the pool most of the day 2. The quality of the food at dinner (the quantity was great but not the taste and quality).
